Job summary

HFM Solar Power seeks an experienced IT & ERP Assistant Manager to lead ERP operations using OctaBees ERP across the organization, handling configuration, user support and process automation.

The role requires hands-on OctaBees ERP, ERP administration, MIS reporting, and collaboration with Sales, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Accounts, HR and O&M to deliver efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OctaBees ERP mandatory.
• Experience in ERP administration & implementation.
• Strong MIS reporting and dashboard skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SQL/Database basics.
• Knowledge of API integrations is a plus.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT & ERP Assiatant Manager with hands-on experience in OctaBees ERP to manage ERP operations, implementation, configuration, user support and process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of OctaBees ERP.
• Configure ERP modules, workflows, approval processes and user access.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Accounts, HR and O&M teams for ERP requirements.
• Monitor ERP data accuracy, process compliance and user adoption.
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with the OctaBees technical/support team.
• Manage master data, user creation, access rights and system controls.
• Support ERP integrations with accounting, attendance and other business applications.
• Conduct ERP training for employees and prepare SOPs/user guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for ERP automation and process improvement.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing and implementation.
• Provide ERP support to branch offices and project/site teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 58 years of overall IT/ERP experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on OctaBees experience preferred.
• Candidates from Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Engineering / Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Experience handling ERP across multiple departments/locations will be an advantage.

Education:

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
