Job summary

Rocket Learning in Delhi is seeking an IT Engineer to provide end-to-end IT support, manage hardware and cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and keep devices, networks, and software running smoothly.

You will work with AWS and Azure, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage Jira tickets, and contribute to backups and system maintenance while identifying upgrades to meet growing needs. This is a mission-driven role with exposure to enterprise IT systems.

As an IT Engineer, you will provide end-to-end IT support, manage hardware and cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation's devices, networks, and software systems.

• Provide remote desktop support for laptops and end-user devices.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting and system administration.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
• Experience managing Android devices is preferred.
