Job summary

YES IT Labs LLC is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain client computer systems and applications. You will respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues, and provide on-site or remote assistance to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, plus proven experience in IT support, hardware and networking knowledge, and familiarity with APIs. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
