Job summary

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in troubleshooting printers, overhead scanners, ADF scanners, and other peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide remote support effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of server installation and basic server administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
• Understanding of antivirus, backup solutions, and IT security best practices.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.
