Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Analytics Lead in Pune to drive enterprise reporting and data analytics initiatives. You will partner with IT, Finance, and business teams to gather requirements, develop dashboards, and govern cross‑platform reporting.

Strong communication and UAT skills are essential. The role requires 8+ years in IT consulting or analytics, 4+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, and experience with Power BI, Cognos, and Peoplesoft reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years data analysis, survey research, and/or applied research experience.
• Minimum two (2) years digital data analytics experience.
• Minimum four (4) years experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (minimum 2 implementations).
• Functional knowledge of Grant module.
• Licenses and Certifications: Certified Oracle EPM Cloud Planning module.
• Preferred Four (4) years experience in Power BI and Dashboard oversight.
• Exposure to Peoplesoft reporting tools (PS Query, SQR, AE, Dashboard/Elastic search/Kibana).
• Exposure or knowledge in Cognos and Coupa reporting.
• Familiar with System Development lifecycle; able to gather business requirements and conduct UAT.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise reporting leadership and governance; manage stakeholders.
• Plan and report processes; ensure cross‑platform reporting oversight.
• Communicate effectively with development and product teams.
• Develop mappings of business practices and ensure compliance with policies.
• Create, update and present functional documentation for enhancements.
• Support weekend hours, on-call, and month/year end close.
