Job description

As a senior member of a group of infrastructure administrators, he or she must manage network and network security infrastructure anywhere in the organisation with minimum guidance and support.

It will also be used and participate in any-scale technological projects and any internal/external audits closures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a technical support environment working with Switches – Cisco; Routers – Cisco, Fortinet; Firewalls – Cisco, Fortinet and PaloAlto (Any two); Wireless – Cisco, Aruba (Any one); Load balancers – F5, Array, Radware (Ant two).
• Experience in managing web application firewalls (WAF) - F5/Imperva.
• Cisco CCNP (mandatory)/ CCIE certified (recommended)/ Palo Alto PCNSE certified (recommended).
• Must have hands-on experience on networking protocols of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS etc.
• Infrastructure technologies include but not limited to Cisco, Arista, LAN, WAN, MPLS, enterprise network security infrastructure etc.
• Experience of cloud connectivity to AWS/OCI/Azure.
• Technical knowledge and experience on Riverbed (or any other) WAN optimization.
• Strong knowledge to support, maintenance and troubleshoot any incident and request on any of the above-mentioned technologies.
• Must have experience in network and security infra incident management and response.
• Must have experience in network and security infra change and incident management process.
• Annalyse and perform fine-tuning on IT network infra.
• Experience in supporting and strong knowledge of VPN technologies from Cisco/Fortinet/PaloAlto firewalls.
• SDWAN knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge on routing, switching, L4-L7 load balancing, firewalls is a must.
• Team handling experience is must. Handling of minimum of 5.
• Internal/external Audit support/management experience is a must.
• Experience in handling and managing DC-DR drills is a must.
• Branch/office network MPLS VPN routing experience is a must.
• Minimum 12 years of DC DR environment experience is a must.
• Minimum 5 years’ similar experience in banking domain is a must.

Other Competencies :

• CCNA, CCNP level certifications are must
• CCIE certification will be preferred
• ITIL and project management certifications will be preferred
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Cloud infrastructure certifications will be preferred.
