Job summary

Akasa Air is seeking an IT Business Partner to align technology initiatives with business strategy. You will steer demand, manage a technology portfolio and drive digital transformation to boost revenue, customer experience and efficiency.

Impactful collaboration with senior stakeholders, and delivering executive dashboards and benefits tracking will be core. Aviation/transport experience is preferred, with 8+ years in IT, product or project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - CS/IT or related field.
• MBA preferred; professional certifications welcomed.
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis.
• IATA Airline Business Foundation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT relationship manager for business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution assessment, and business case preparation.
• Own demand management, project prioritization, and portfolio governance.
• Establish executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and benefits realization tracking.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, analytics, and AI-led transformation.

Preferred Work Experience

• 5+ years of experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience in Aviation, Airlines, Travel, Logistics, or Transportation industry preferred.
