Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a junior Solutions Analyst to help analyze business requirements and processes, focusing on digitalization, automation, data analytics, and AI use cases. You will support prototype development, dashboards, and MVPs using low-code tools under senior guidance.

You will extract data, build KPI dashboards, document workflows, and assist with AI adoption through demos and guides, while gaining exposure to airline IT solutions and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data dashboards.
• Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard creation using Excel/Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt design.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage.

Job Purpose

Supports the Solutions Manager and Solutions Analysts in analyzing business requirements, processes, and opportunities to support the development of practical technology solutions, with a focus on digitalization, automation, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Contributes to assigned solution initiatives under the guidance of senior team members, supporting the development and testing of prototypes, dashboards, automations, and AI use cases while developing an understanding of airline business operations and IT solutions.

Key Result Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops with business teams to capture processes, pain points, and opportunity areas.
• Draft process maps, user stories, and functional requirements for review by senior team members.
• Identify simple automation and digitalization opportunities in day-to-day operations.
• Build MVP components using low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, dashboards, or workflow systems, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the development and testing of proof-of-concepts before full-scale IT development.
• Run user testing sessions and gather feedback to refine prototypes.
• Research, test, and benchmark AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, copilots, AI agents) against defined business use cases.
• Build and document prompts, templates, and simple AI-assisted workflows for business teams.
• Support AI adoption through demos, how-to guides, and user onboarding.
• Apply responsible-AI practices: data privacy, output accuracy checks, and human review.
• Extract, clean, and analyze operational and commercial data.

Key Result Responsibilities-Continued

• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers related to adoption, usage, cost savings, and automation rates.
• Prepare clear summaries and presentations of findings for the Solutions Manager.
• Map as-is and to-be workflows and highlight inefficiencies.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to support improvement recommendations.
• Maintain clear documentation of solutions, workflows, metrics, and dependencies.
• Follow IT governance, data security, and architectural standards in all solution work.
• Support preparation of handover material when solutions scale beyond MVP stage.
• Complete an agreed development plan covering airline business fundamentals (revenue, network, distribution, customer journey) and core solution tools.
• Monitor solution performance post-implementation and suggest iterations.
• Stay updated on emerging AI and digital technologies and share relevant findings with the team.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

• Bachelor's degree (recently completed or in final semester) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English Language (Arabic is a plus).
• Good understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard creation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt design.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
• Ability to work under guidance while progressively taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, automation, or Power Platform are an advantage.

Work Experience

• With 1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internships, graduation projects, hackathons, or personal projects in technology, data, or AI are highly valued.
• A portfolio or examples of work (e.g., dashboards, automations, AI projects, GitHub) is an advantage.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation, analytics, or low-code/no-code platforms through academic, internship, or personal projects.
