The IT Manager will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day IT operations, providing user support, ensuring reliable internet and network connectivity, managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and leading the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day IT support for users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and system issues
• Manage internet connectivity and internal networks
• Coordinate with ISP for issue resolution
• Implement and maintain ISO 27001 certification
• Maintain IT and security policies
• Coordinate audits and risk assessments
• Manage laptop and IT asset inventory
• Track allocation, repair, replacement, and disposal
• Coordinate laptop procurement and repairs
• Manage vendor relationships and escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications
