Job summary

Manasa Mitr Management Consultancy is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to join the Equipment & Accounts team. The role supports day-to-day IT equipment operations including laptop orders, deliveries, collections, replacements, and end-of-lease activities.

The ideal candidate will handle queries, manage orders in ServiceNow, coordinate EOL laptop returns, and maintain CMDB records with accuracy and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management.
• Familiarity with service desk workflows.
• Knowledge of CMDB and asset records management.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal queries related to IT equipment and provide timely support.
• Manage laptop orders through ServiceNow and ensure timely placement.
• Coordinate End-of-Lease laptop returns and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor equipment deliveries/returns and liaise with Lenovo to resolve issues.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Asset Management professional to join the Equipment & Accounts (E&A) team and support day-to-day IT equipment operations, including laptop orders, deliveries, collections, replacements, and end-of-lease activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal customer queries related to IT equipment and provide timely support and resolution.
• Manage laptop orders through ServiceNow and ensure orders are placed within required timelines.
• Coordinate End-of-Lease (EOL) laptop returns and ensure equipment is returned before the due date.
• Monitor equipment deliveries and returns and coordinate with Lenovo to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment orders, deliveries, collections, and returns across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and update the CMDB inventory of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure smooth and effective IT equipment operations.
• Escalate incidents and service requests to the appropriate teams when required.
• Support other members of the E&A team with asset management and operational activities.
