Job summary

Manasa Mitr Management Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks an IS support professional aligned to the Equipment & Accounts team to assist with delivery, collection and replacement of equipment. You will handle internal customer queries and guide them on Lenovo ServiceNow workflows for laptop orders.

You will manage End of Lease returns, monitor deliveries, liaise with Lenovo to resolve issues, and keep all records updated so the E&A team can monitor progress and performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries from internal customers by providing support, resolutions and guidance.
• Ensuring all laptop orders are placed by customers in a timely fashion and ordered on the Lenovo ServiceNow system.
• Managing End of Lease (EOL) returns via Service Desk and ServiceNow systems so that all laptops are returned before their EOL date.
• Monitoring the deliveries and returns, and liaising with Lenovo with any queries or issues to get them resolved.
• Updating all internal systems and spreadsheets with the order and collection details so that senior members of the E&A team can monitor progress.
• Work with any other teams to maintain the effective operational status of the E&A services.
• Maintain the CMDB inventory of all IS equipment and support other team members with this.
