Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to support analytics and business applications. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure reliable, well-supported applications aligned with business needs and security requirements.

In this global role, you will drive performance, continuous improvement, incident handling, and service delivery while maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring service levels are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years in application management or similar roles.
• Experience managing business applications and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor management and service delivery.
• Project management experience, including planning and coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow; experience with AI solutions is a plus.
