Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services in Bengaluru is seeking a highly skilled Application Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical business applications across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in application development and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level application systems and architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in programming languages and databases (Java, Python, .NET, SQL, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• ITIL certification or similar IT service management knowledge is a plus.
