Job summary

You will maintain networks and servers, provide tech support to staff and students, manage ERP/LMS systems, oversee labs and AV equipment, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC. Strong problem-solving, communication, and training skills are essential to empower non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and system administration.
• Familiarity with school ERP/LMS platforms is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; strong communication to train non-technical staff.

Responsibilities
