Job summary

Aarvee Engineering in Hyderabad invites applications for an IT Administrator to manage assets, networks, and server operations. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers, handle Office 365, and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

The role requires 2.5+ years in IT admin/support, a graduate degree, and hands-on experience with backups, DNS/LDAP/SMTP, and ticket-based support.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 2.5 years of experience in IT admin/support.
• Experience in Windows OS patching and Office 365.
• Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP and mail client configurations.
• Experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows servers.
• Handling IT tickets and resolving hardware and software issues; backup management.
