Job description

About the role:

We are looking for an expert in technical resolution for complex infrastructure challenges while overseeing the strategic lifecycle of software and hardware assets. One will administrate a modern tech stack (Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace) with a security‑first mindset, ensuring system optimization and audit compliance. The role balances advanced troubleshooting with stakeholder management to align IT operations with organizational growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions to complex IT‑related challenges within the organization.
  • Provide L3 technical support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Software Asset Management (SAM): Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and harvesting of software licenses; manage SaaS access and optimization via CloudEagle.
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Maintain sufficient inventory, track IT assets, and manage renewals for licenses, contracts, and AMCs.
  • Administrate and optimize a diverse tech stack including macOS, Windows 10/11, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Sophos, Cisco Meraki, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Perform regular IT audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security fortifications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems to identify, recommend, and implement methods for the resolution and elimination of root causes.
  • Stay current with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry.
  • Respond to and assist with IT issues while meeting customer service and response time (SLA) objectives.
  • Strong alignment with the organizations’ goals and objectives.
  • Ability to operate consistently with a security‑first mentality.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and meeting room technology.
  • Deep understanding of computer systems, security, network/systems administration, cloud technologies, databases, and telecommunications.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Proven experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Cisco Meraki, Antivirus (Sophos), MDM (Jamf/Intune), Zscaler, and Atlassian Suite (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical documentation and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a "people‑first" mindset required to manage expectations across the organization.
  • Sound understanding of information security practices and IT systems.
  • Experience with infrastructure security concepts (MFA, layered network security, DMZs, IPS, zero‑trust, encryption, PAM, and security frameworks) is a plus.
