Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced IRM Architect focused on ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architecture to lead the design and delivery of enterprise risk, compliance, audit, policy, and third-party risk solutions on the ServiceNow platform. PAN India location, senior leadership will drive governance and integration with enterprise systems.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM implementations, architecture reviews, and stakeholder engagement to translate business

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering IRM/GRc on ServiceNow and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Design enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Architect and implement Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk Management solutions.
• Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, governance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architecture to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable and enterprise-grade Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Design enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Architect and implement Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management solutions.
• Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations and platform capabilities.
• Design integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
• Drive solution design workshops, architecture reviews, technical governance, and deployment planning.
• Mentor development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support estimations, solutioning, RFP responses, and presales initiatives.
