• Lead daily, weekly, monthly meetings including Process Quality meetings.
• Focus on quality performance gaps and analysis for improvement.
• Oversee quality projects and generate ideas for productivity improvements.
• Support new product development with audits and risk mitigation discussions.
• Motivate team, provide on-time guidance and share best practices.
• Conduct vendor audits and drive supplier and material quality improvements.
