Job summary

Talentis Hr Solutions in India is seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to oversee IQC, line QC and OQC. You will inspect motors, plastic parts, and hardware on the shop floor and guide a QC team to meet stringent quality standards.

The role requires hands-on BIS compliance experience, experience with customer and export audits, and strong documentation for CAPA and rejection control. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure final products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
• Experience in appliances and motors.
• Knowledge of BIS compliance and audits.
• Shopfloor quality control and CAPA handling.
