Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end patient journey from IPD admission to discharge and OPD scheduling to follow‑ups, ensuring minimal delays and maximum satisfaction.
• Act as the central communication hub between clinicians, nursing staff, billing, diagnostic labs, and patient families to align care delivery timelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility, pre‑authorizations, and billing documentation for IPD cases, collaborating with finance and insurance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage OPD appointment calendar, triage patient inquiries, and prioritize scheduling for specialist consultations and diagnostic slots.
• Monitor daily patient flow metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to reduce patient wait time and optimize resource use.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, consent forms, and discharge summaries, maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
