Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IoT Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training on Internet of Things (IoT), Embedded Systems, Sensor Integration, Microcontrollers, Industrial IoT, and Smart Automation technologies. The trainer will conduct hands‑on sessions, guide learners on real-time IoT projects, and support innovation-driven learning for students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on IoT and embedded systems technologies
- Train learners on sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, communication protocols, and IoT platforms
- Conduct practical lab sessions, hardware interfacing, and real-time IoT project implementation
- Prepare course materials, presentations, assignments, lab manuals, and assessments
- Teach IoT architecture, device communication, cloud integration, and automation concepts
- Guide students on smart home, industrial IoT, and automation-based projects
- Mentor learners for hackathons, competitions, internships, and placement readiness
- Monitor learner progress and provide technical support
- Maintain IoT lab setup, hardware inventory, and training documentation
- Update curriculum based on latest IoT technologies and industry trends
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for learner development activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IoT architecture and embedded systems
- Hands‑on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, NodeMCU, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and hardware interfacing
- Understanding of communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and LoRa
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C, or Embedded C
- Familiarity with cloud IoT platforms and dashboard integration
- Good presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities
- Ability to conduct practical hardware and troubleshooting sessions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Smart Factory concepts
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with IoT systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT
- Familiarity with robotics and automation systems
- Corporate or academic training experience preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IoT, Embedded Systems, or related engineering field
Certifications Preferred
- IoT Certifications from recognized platforms
- Embedded Systems Certifications
- Networking or Cloud Certifications (Added Advantage)
