Job summary

Xomiro Technologies is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Bengaluru to manage inbound operations, ensure accurate receiving and GRN, and lead a small team. You will optimize put-away processes and coordinate with procurement for returns, while maintaining ERP/WMS records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, with strong MS Excel skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and ROS is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound warehouse operations including receiving, GRN, and put-away.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee purchase returns and reconciliations.
• Supervise the warehouse team and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Job description

Manage inbound warehouse operations including receiving, GRN, inventory accuracy, put-away, purchase returns & team supervision. Ensure SOP compliance, resolve inventory issues, coordinate across teams, track KPIs & maintain accurate ERP/WMS records.
