Job summary

Selections HR Services Private Limited seeks a Senior Finance Reporting professional to lead financial and performance reporting for private equity clients. You will handle DDQs, LP requests, and investor relations, crafting pitch books and marketing decks with Qvidian, while maintaining excellent English communication.

The role demands strong analytical skills, process automation mindset, and ability to mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in finance with 6+ years of experience in financial and performance reporting.
• Private equity domain experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence questionnaires, LP requests, and investor relations activities.
• Experience with Qvidian and preparing pitch books is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation to streamline reporting workflows.
• Mentor junior staff, manage workloads and deliver under tight deadlines.
• After training, take ownership of end-to-end internal coordination of workstreams.

Job description

• Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 6+ years of relevant experience in financial and performance reporting Work experience in private equity domain is preferred.
• Should have very good working knowledge of the below:-Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires, Handling LP Requests and Other investor relations activities like preparation of fund marketing decks, etc.
• Working knowledge of Qvidian and experience preparing pitch books is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
• The profile involves effective communication across clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
• The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem- solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills and multitask.
• Drive process related improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Meticulous, proactive, proven ability of process management, manage workloads, mentor junior staff, and drive performance under tight deadlines.
• After sufficient shadowing and training, start taking greater ownership of end-to-end internal coordination of workstreams.
• Strong interest in working within a fast-paced, international team environment with multiple stakeholders.
