You will prepare, review and deliver client reports, performance summaries, and investor communications with cross-team collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outputs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic client reports for credit funds, including performance, market overview and financial summaries.
• Support the production of monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
• Manage day-to-day team operations, allocate responsibilities, and monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and reporting timelines.
• Serve as a key escalation point for reporting issues, data discrepancies, and onshore queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary.
• Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to maintain templates, automate recurring processes, and improve reporting efficiency.
