Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver outsourced investor reporting for Real Estate funds. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quarterly reporting, data quality, and strong client service.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, interpret data to inform insights, and help train and mentor junior staff while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• MBA/Postgraduate degree in Finance and Reporting is required.
• 4-6 years total experience with 3 years minimum in Investor Reporting and Financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review investor reporting templates for Real Estate funds.
• Understand real estate private equity fund operations and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.
• Provide audit confirmations to auditors and handle inquiries.
• Perform management fee calculations and investor memos.
• Create and review Salesforce tickets for investor requests.
• Calculate IRR, Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio for funds.
• Manage LP mailbox and respond to investor queries daily.
• Onboard investors to funds/platforms and update Salesforce accordingly.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and contribute to SOP documentation.
• Support training of new and existing Investor Reporting Specialists.

As a Managed Services - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage with clients across various functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include executing outsourced processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing your personal brand. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. You are expected to embrace ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and use these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients, resolving escalations, and enriching data. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in delivering value and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality


• Develop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data.


• Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.


• Provide Audit confirmation to auditors and handle auditor inquiries


• Perform Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.


• Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.


• Perform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.


• Handling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis


• Onboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage/update salesforce for onboarding


• Handing ad-hoc requests.


• Participate in the process of documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.


• Responsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists.

What You Must Have

• MBA/Postgraduate with good knowledge in Finance and Reporting.


• Candidates must have 4-6 years of total experience with 3 years minimum relevant experience in Investor Reporting and Financial reporting.
