Investor Relations

We are seeking an Investor Relations professional to serve as the primary liaison between our executive leadership team and the investment community. In this role, you will lead our investor communications strategy, articulate our equity story, oversee quarterly earnings materials, and build strong relationships with institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and financial media.

Core Responsibilities

• Investor Strategy & Outreach: Plan and execute investor roadshows, investor days, quarterly earnings calls, and conferences.
• Financial Communications: Draft press releases, earnings scripts, investor presentations, annual reports, and shareholder letters.
• Market Intelligence & Valuation Analysis: Track analyst consensus estimates, competitor performance, market sentiment, and institutional shareholder movements.
• Executive Advisory: Partner with the CEO and CFO to prepare Q&A prep documents and strategic messaging for market interactions.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial communications comply with relevant SEBI/regulatory disclosure norms and maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Key Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Finance, Master's in Finance/Economics, or CA / CFA.
• Experience: 24 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Investment Banking.
• Skills: Superior financial modelling abilities, deep understanding of capital markets, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with financial terminals (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.).
