Job summary

Lenskart.com is seeking a dynamic Head of Investor Relations to lead the company’s investor engagement strategy. Reporting to the CFO, you will work with the CEO, Board, and exec team to strengthen investor confidence and align capital allocation with the long-term vision.

This role requires capital markets expertise, financial acumen, and stakeholder management in a publicly listed company environment. Strong governance and regulatory understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12–18 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Prior experience in a publicly listed company is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, valuation methodologies, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership, Boards of Directors, institutional investors, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy aligned with the Company’s long-term business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, proxy advisory firms, and the broader investment community.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations, investor decks, annual reports, earnings calls, and other shareholder communications.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO to develop a compelling investment narrative that effectively communicates the Company’s strategy, financial performance, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation.
• Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates, shareholder movements, market trends, and peer performance to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, analyst interactions, investor conferences, and site visits.
• Ensure timely and compliant disclosures in accordance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Support capital market transactions, fundraising initiatives, debt and equity financing, and other strategic corporate actions as required.

About the Role
