Formación

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, financial disclosures, listed company reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, peer benchmarking, market research, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investor Relations & Engagement: Manage investor communication, presentations, and quarterly analyst/investor calls; coordinate meetings and visits.

• Strategic Research & Financial Modelling: Conduct industry research, market sizing, and target-company analysis; develop financial models.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support fundraising and Information Memorandums; review IR plans and agency deliverables.
• IR Infrastructure & Governance: Enhance IR webpages and ensure timely delivery of all IR materials.

Qualification: Graduate with a Postgraduate Degree/MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

Purpose of the Role: Independently manage Investor Relations (IR) for the Group’s listed entities, ensuring timely and compliant market disclosures, strengthening investor engagement, and supporting strategic initiatives through market intelligence, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Relations & Engagement: Manage investor communication, presentations, and quarterly analyst/investor calls; coordinate sell-side and buy-side meetings, conferences, hub/CFS visits and ad-hoc interactions.
• Market Intelligence: Engage with investors, analysts and market participants to assess investor sentiment, gather feedback, conduct perception studies, and improve market awareness and coverage.
• Quarterly & Annual Disclosures: Ensure timely preparation and completion of investor presentations, press releases, opening remarks, call transcripts, MDA and other internal and external IR collaterals, in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Investor & Peer Analysis: Analyse shareholding patterns, analyst consensus, competitor disclosures, peer performance, and industry trends; identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and disclosure standards.
• Strategic Research & Financial Modelling: Conduct industry research, market sizing, and target-company analysis across listed and unlisted companies; develop financial models, assess competitive strengths, and support opportunity mapping.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support fundraising, preparation of Information Memorandums and other strategic documents, and review IR plans and agency deliverables.
• IR Infrastructure & Governance: Review and enhance IR webpages for newly listed entities and ensure timely completion of all IR deliverables while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, financial disclosures, listed company reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, peer benchmarking, market research, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to engage independently with institutional investors, equity analysts, fund managers, and other market participants.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess industry dynamics, competitive positioning, market opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and report-writing skills, with experience preparing investor presentations, earnings-call materials, management commentary, and strategic documents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate time-sensitive deliverables and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute professional with strong ownership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
