Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on Indian listed companies — across sectors and market caps.

What We’re Looking For

• 1. Passion for Investing (0-2 years of experience):A genuine interest in understanding businesses, markets, and compounding returns. Prior research on Indian equities — even for your own or family portfolio — is highly valued. Formal experience (upto ~2 years) at investment firms, equity research, or investment banking is a plus, but not mandatory.
• 2. Strong Analytical & Functional Skills:Comfort with Excel and financial modelling. working knowledge of accounting and ability to interpret financial statements. You should be able to connect numbers with narratives — understanding how business drivers translate into financial outcomes.
