Job description

We are seeking an Analyst with commercial real estate experience to join a growing Investment Sales team in India. The Analyst will support the team in all aspects of sourcing and modeling multifamily and commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders in end-to-end Broker Opinion Value (BOVs) of US Commercial Real Estate properties.
• Include financial and cash flow analysis, market information research, and real estate taxes analysis.
• Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements (operating statements and rent roll) for different property types.
• Apply advanced knowledge of financial real estate terms and basic understanding of approaches to the value of real estate assets.
• Review market reports such as REIS and CoStar to understand prevailing demand-supply, rents, and vacancy rates.
• Write detailed narrative reports on the complete scenario of the deal, including property description, location summary, market details, and cash flow notes.
• Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and risks associated with the property and prepare presentations for Brokers to review.
• Understand property performance and project future cash flows.
• Ensure compliance and maintain the value proposition.
• Determine property value through the underwriting process and complete loan analysis within specified TAT.
• Understand and manage different activity types for new transitions in the process.
• Work closely with the team to develop and pursue new relationships and to provide exceptional service to existing clients of the firm.

Skills, Education, and Experience

• Minimum of twelve months in a similar industry/company.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Experience with financial statements is preferable.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
