Job summary

Yummy Bee (VLOGS Food Pvt. Ltd.) in Bengaluru invites an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, and minimize losses while maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

You will lead the inventory team, drive cycle counts, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with procurement, operations, finance, and production to meet daily requirements and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 2–4 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and audits.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and overall stock control.
• Monitor inward, outward, put-away, picking, dispatch, and stock movements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, bin audits, rack audits, and inventory audits.
• Ensure accurate physical-to-system stock reconciliation and resolve variances.
• Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiry, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and stock storage standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Production teams for inventory requirements.
• Maintain proper warehouse layout, binning, SKU segregation, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS and reports.
• Monitor key inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, shrinkage, ageing, turnover, and availability.
• Lead and train the inventory team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce inventory losses and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and audits.
• Good Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership of inventory accuracy.
