Job summary

Kitex Garments in Warangal, Telangana is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy.

Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in inventory or stores, proficiency in MS Excel, and exposure to SAP/ERP/WMS are preferred; relocation or commuting is expected.

Role involves cycle counting, GRN/dispatch, stock level monitoring, FIFO/FEFO, and generating MIS reports with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline).
• 3 to 5 years experience in Inventory / Stores / Warehouse.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in SAP / ERP / Warehouse systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail & coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation & cycle counting
• Handle inward & outward material movement (GRN, dispatch, returns)
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess & damage control
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance and proper storage practices
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse & dispatch teams
• Generate inventory MIS reports, stock audits & variance analysis
• Work on ERP / SAP / WMS systems for inventory tracking
