Wsne Consulting is seeking an International Travel Executive Voice Support to handle customer queries related to international travel, flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, itineraries, and other travel-related services.

You will assist with international flight bookings, refunds, and providing information on fares, schedules, baggage policies, and itineraries. Excellent English communication and strong problem-solving are essential, with rotation night shifts for international customers.

• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams as needed.

• Aim to meet targets for sales, CSAT, call quality, and productivity.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent service.
• Work in rotational night shifts as required for international customers.
