Job summary

Xeloria Business Services Pvt. Ltd, a US-registered IT and Digital Marketing firm, is hiring an International Digital Marketing Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for global markets. This on-site role in Noida (Sector-59) offers a monthly salary of 25K–50K INR plus uncapped incentives and US-night shift timings.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in international IT sales, strong English, and proven B2B sales experience. Growth to sales leadership is possible with performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in international IT sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in International B2B IT/Digital services sales.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
• Comfortable with international time zones and sales cycles.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, works independently.
• Bonus: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork experience; SEO/PPC/Web Dev knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify international leads via LinkedIn, email, calling, Upwork and Freelancer.
• Drive B2B sales for IT services: Web Dev, SEO, PPC, eCommerce, software solutions.
• Run discovery calls, demos, and virtual presentations for US/UK/CA/AU clients.
• Build proposals, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end.
• Manage pipeline and CRM hygiene using HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Hit monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Seamless handover to delivery and maintain long-term client relationships.
