Job summary

Confidential is seeking an International Sales Director to drive global revenue growth and market share across multiple regions from its Delhi office. You will develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives and work closely with senior leadership, including exposure at the CEO level.

Job description

As the International Sales Director, you will lead international growth by developing and executing global sales strategies that support sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability. This is an executive-level role with close collaboration with senior leadership and direct visibility at the CEO level, combining strategic influence with ownership of international sales operations.

You will develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion across multiple regions. Responsibilities include building and strengthening commercial partnerships, distribution channels, and customer relationships; leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing international sales team; and managing sales budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and performance metrics. You will also ensure strong commercial governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

To be successful, you will hold a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline, and bring senior regional sales leadership experience with extensive exposure to multi-country business development and sales management. You should have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion, experience leading geographically diverse teams, and strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen. Fluency in English or Chinese is required, along with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, and experience developing partnerships and go-to-market strategies across international markets.
