Atica Global is seeking a Revenue Associate in Training to optimize hotel performance and drive revenue growth. You will execute strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management, working with Revenue/Sales teams in Pune.

The role requires strong numerical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to navigate dynamic pricing, OTA channels, and rate plans within a collaborative office setting, Monday to Friday, with shift timings aligned to local operations.

Responsibilities

• Rate Shopping: monitor and compare rates to stay competitive.
• Pricing Updates: implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and internal strategies.
• OTA Execution: manage extranets/portals and optimise OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb.
• Rate Plan Configuration: configure and manage rate plans in PMS and RMS.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support revenue operations.

About Role:

As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.

Work Mode - Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timings - 6pm to 4am/8pm to 6am

CTC - 4.2 LPA(Fixed)

Key Requirements:

• Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies. Understand this in different brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG etc.
• OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimise our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Work on improving our ranking in all OTA’s like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb etc
• Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
• Rate Plan(PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 6PM to 4 AM.
