SHARDA CONSULTANCY SERVICES in Chennai seeks an International Inbound Sales Executive to handle inbound calls from international customers, understand their requirements, pitch relevant products/services, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

You will work night shift (6:00 PM–7:00 AM IST) and earn ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month plus attractive performance incentives. 1–6 years of experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, Inbound Sales, or Telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English with neutral accent.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and consultative closing abilities.
• Comfortable working in US/night shift windows.

Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic, articulate, and target-driven professionals for the role of International Inbound Sales Executive for our operations in Nungambakkam, Chennai. In this role, you will handle inbound sales calls from international customers, understand their requirements, pitch relevant products/services, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from international prospects and convert inquiries into verified sales.
• Identify customer needs, address objections effectively, and recommend tailored product/service packages.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, service agreements, and pricing structures.Accurately log customer interactions, order details, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets and quality benchmark standards.
• Follow company communication protocols, ethical sales practices, and service guidelines.

Job Highlights

• Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

• Shift Timing: Night Shift | 9-hour shift (including 1-hour break) scheduled between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM IST

Work Schedule Benefits

• Work Week Leave Policy: Rotational offs (6 days off per month during the first 2 months; 6 days off + 1 Casual Leave per month after 90 days).
• Cab Facility: Cabs provided once a minimum cluster of 4 team members on the same route is established (initial commute self-managed).
• Timely Disbursals:Monthly Salary credited on the 5th of every month Performance Incentives credited on the 20th of every month
