Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for International Voice Process at Pallavaram, Tamil Nadu. Open to freshers or experienced candidates with strong English communication, typing speed, and clear written/spoken skills.

Immediate joiners preferred; Chennai candidates or those willing to relocate within the boundary limit are favored. Roles include handling inbound/outbound calls or chats, ensuring prompt, courteous customer interactions, and resolving issues

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experienced in Outbound or Inbound call/chat with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
