Job summary

Calderys, based in Delhi, seeks an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead global internal communications and change management. You will craft newsletters, intranet content, and leadership messages while driving employee engagement across diverse teams.

Collaborating with global stakeholders and senior leaders, you will manage content publishing, ensure consistent messaging aligned with corporate values, and partner with External Communications to amplify content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and English communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
