Calderys in India is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to design and execute global internal comms and change programs, crafting newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, and employee engagement campaigns.

You will partner with global stakeholders and senior leaders, manage content, ensure consistent messaging aligned with company values, and support transformation initiatives and internal events.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and English communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
