Job summary

upGrad is seeking an Intern for Study Abroad Programs and Learner Success based in Noida. This 3-month internship offers a stipend of 15K and provides a great opportunity for hands-on experience in the international education ecosystem.

You will coordinate with learners and internal teams, manage learner journeys, and engage with students via various communication channels. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive intern to support our Study Abroad programs and learner lifecycle. You’ll work closely with students and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from application to program completion, while gaining hands‑on exposure to the international education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with learners, counselors, and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
• Engage with enrolled students via calls, emails, and webinars.
• Manage learner journey: onboarding, documentation, application tracking, and follow‑up.
• Handle learner queries and ensure timely communication at every stage.
• Work on projects like learner experience improvement, application and visa process optimisation.
• Track learner progress and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Preferred Qualification
