InfyLearnn is seeking an Outreach Intern who is enthusiastic about communication, networking, and building meaningful connections. You will connect with students and parents, explain our programs, and help them complete their enrollment process.

This 2‑month, performance‑based internship offers incentives and hands‑on experience in outreach, marketing, and lead nurturing. If you have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people, this role can be a great way to learn while earning.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.
• Comfortable speaking on phone calls.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Smartphone or laptop with internet access.
• Prior sales or counseling experience is a plus.
• College students currently enrolled are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Call students and parents from the provided database.

Key Responsibilities

• Call students and parents from the provided database.
• Explain the program, benefits, and enrollment process.
• Answer basic queries and guide prospects.
• Follow up with interested students.
• Convert leads into successful enrolments.
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Confidence in speaking over phone calls.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Smartphone/laptop with internet connection.
• Prior sales or counseling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Students currently in college and very eager to work in this role.
