Job summary

M2P Fintech is seeking an Associate Pre-Sales for its Lending SaaS team in Bengaluru. This entry-level role invites fresh graduates with a keen interest in lending and SaaS to learn solution consulting in a dynamic fintech environment.

You'll support demos, assist with gap analysis, draft technical documents, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on role with growth into client-facing consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Finance, or related field.
• MBA is a plus for freshers or up to 3 years.
• 0–2 years of experience in BA/pre-sales/support/analyst roles in BFSI or SaaS encouraged to apply.
• Interest in lending, BFSI and SaaS products; willingness to learn LMS/LOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support demo preparation and delivery for LOS/LMS platforms under guidance from senior pre-sales team members.
• Assist in gap analysis, fitment mapping, and solution scoping exercises.
• Help draft SOWs, BRDs, functional specs, and demo scripts.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with research, documentation, and content assembly.
• Build mock journeys, UI flow mockups, and solution visuals under supervision.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Infra/Security teams as needed.
• Take notes and follow up on client requirements gathered during discovery calls.
• Learn the product deeply enough to eventually run demos independently.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

• A genuine interest in lending/BFSI and SaaS products


• Willingness to learn LMS/LOS platforms hands-on (no prior product experience required)


• Basic understanding of retail lending concepts (can be built during onboarding)


• Good presentation and communication skills — comfortable speaking to internal teams; client-facing skills will develop over time


• Structured thinking and attention to detail — ability to document clearly


• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, joins) for data checks


• Fundamental understanding of how front-end/back-end/APIs work together


• Comfort working with MS Office / Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides) for documentation

Good to Have

• Internship or academic project experience in fintech, banking tech, or SaaS


• Exposure to APIs/Postman, basic scripting, or no-code tools


• Awareness of KYC, RBI compliance basics, or digital lending regulations


• Any exposure to credit bureau/e-sign/e-NACH/payment integrations (even academic)


• Certifications or coursework in business analysis, product management, or fintech
