GO DESi, a fast-growing sweets and snacks brand featured on Shark Tank, is hiring for a 3-month on-site role at our third-party manufacturing facility in Rai, Sonipat. You will support day-to-day production and quality, ensuring every batch meets GO DESi’s product and food safety standards.

The role requires updating batch records, performing in-process checks, and maintaining compliance with GMP/HACCP and FSSAI norms.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of food production principles and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with batch records, QC logs and deviation reporting.
• Willingness to work on shop floor and follow SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production runs against SOPs, batch plans and BOM.
• Carry out in-process and finished-goods checks: weight, moisture, sealing, labelling and sensory.
• Inspect incoming raw and packaging material at inward.
• Maintain batch records, QC logs and deviation reports.
• Track yield, wastage and downtime, and escalate deviations to the Production/QA lead.
• Support GMP, hygiene and FSSAI compliance, and help with audit readiness.
• Manage retention samples for shelf-life tracking.

Role summary

Support day-to-day production and quality at GO DESi’s 3P facility. You will make sure every batch meets GO DESi’s product, process and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production runs against SOPs, batch plans and BOM
• Carry out in-process and finished-goods checks: weight, moisture, sealing, labelling and sensory
• Inspect incoming raw and packaging material at inward
• Maintain batch records, QC logs and deviation reports
• Track yield, wastage and downtime, and **escalate** deviations to the Production/QA lead
• Support GMP, hygiene and FSSAI compliance, and help with audit readiness
• Manage retention samples for shelf-life tracking
• B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology (final year, or 2025/2026 pass-outs)
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and FSSAI norms
• Comfortable on the shop floor and with shift timings
• Based in or able to commute daily to Rai, Sonipat or Kundli
