The Whole Truth is seeking an Assistant Manager – Production (3P) to own end-to-end 3P production operations across India. The role is based in Bhiwandi with regular travel to partner sites to ensure on-time delivery, quality, food-safety, and cost targets.

You will lead production planning, partner management, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing locations, collaborating with QA, supply chain, and planning teams. Some FMCG/food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production, Operations or related field.
• MBA / PG qualification in Operations or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Production / Manufacturing / Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Consumer Products preferred.
• Prior experience in Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple manufacturing locations will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own 3P production planning and execution across assigned 3P manufacturing partners.
• Ensure production is executed as per plan, timelines and business requirements.
• Monitor production capacity, output and production schedules.
• Identify production risks and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Act as the primary production SPOC for assigned 3P partners.
• Build strong relationships with partner management and production teams.
• Conduct regular plant visits and review production performance.
• Ensure adherence to TWT processes, SOPs and operating standards.
• Drive timely closure of operational action points.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure products meet TWT quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to approved specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Support investigation and closure of production-related quality deviations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions at 3P locations.
• Monitor productivity, manpower utilisation, yield, wastage and line efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and optimise manufacturing costs.
• Track key production KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Assess 3P capacity against current and future business requirements.
• Support onboarding and production readiness of new manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate trials, pilot batches and scale-up activities.
• Support expansion of the 3P manufacturing network across India.
• Maintain a structured 3P production performance dashboard.
• Track production plan vs. actual, productivity, yield, wastage, quality deviations, downtime and capacity utilisation.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Senior Production Manager / Plant Head.
• Proactively highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Planning, Procurement, QA, QC, R&D/NPD, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Finance.
• Ensure alignment between demand, raw material availability, production capacity and dispatch.
• Support new product launches and production scale-up activities.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Production (3P) who will take end-to-end ownership of Third-Party (3P) production operations across India.

The role will be based out of Bhiwandi and will involve regular travel across India to manage and support 3P manufacturing partners. The individual will be responsible for ensuring production plans are delivered on time while maintaining quality, food-safety, productivity, cost and operational standards.
