Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Handle user account management (Active Directory), password resets, and access permissions.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Manage and support VPN, remote access, and basic networking issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and compliance.
• Maintain and track IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, accessories).
• Maintain proper documentation of issued/returned assets.
