Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud (Mandatory).
• Experience with OmniStudio including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Platform.
• Design and implement solutions within Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel.
• Build and support customer, partner, and employee portals using Experience Cloud.
• Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Design and implement integrations with external enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
