• Familiar with carpenter sourcing, fall ceiling works, and interior fittings.
• Quality control knowledge and ability to read drawings and schedules.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Project Manager-Interiors. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. They will collaborate with architects, designers, and clients, coordinate with contractors, manage project timelines, and ensure quality standards are maintained. The role involves comprehensive project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Must be having 5 + Yrs experience in the Interior field.
• Maximum Salary: Rs.50K CTC.
• Must be having the Interior projects execution skills and BOQ skills.
• Strong in the Project Scheduling and BOQ updation Skills.
• Strong in the project management, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.
• Interior execution team handling skills and Client coordination skills.
• Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and clients
