Job summary

Erekrut... Recruitment Made Easy is seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior work at project sites in Delhi. The role requires coordinating workers, contractors, materials and activities while ensuring quality and timely completion.

The ideal candidate will read interior drawings, supervise daily tasks, monitor progress and maintain safety and housekeeping at the site. Own bike or scooty is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
• Own bike or scooty is mandatory.
• Should be able to read and interpret interior drawings and measurements.

Looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior work at project sites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of interior execution and the ability to coordinate workers, contractors, materials, and multiple site activities while ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior work at the site.


• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.


• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, designs, measurements, and quality standards.


• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the given timeline.


• Check materials, measurements, finishing, and workmanship.


• Coordinate with the interior designer/project manager regarding site requirements and changes.


• Identify and resolve site-related issues quickly.


• Maintain proper discipline and coordination among workers.


• Prepare regular updates on site progress and material requirements.


• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping at the site.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.


• Candidate must have their own bike or scooty.


• Good knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, modular work, and finishing.


• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and measurements.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to manage workers and multiple activities at the site.


• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
