Job summary

Elvenwood Interiors seeks a Site Supervisor to lead on-site modular interior executions across kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and allied finishing works in Bengaluru.

You will ensure installations align with approved drawings and BOM, coordinate labour, carpenters, vendors, and factory teams, maintain daily reports, verify quality, and drive timely handovers with clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior, Carpentry, or related trade, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of modular interiors, hardware, laminates, and finishes.
• Ability to read production and installation drawings.
• Strong coordination, labour-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic reporting skills using phone/computer.
• Willingness to travel across project sites within Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities as per approved drawings and BOM.
• Verify site readiness including civil, electrical, plumbing, and level checks.
• Ensure correct sequencing of installation and finishing activities.
• Cross-check delivered materials against production drawings and packing lists.
• Take and verify site measurements during execution.
• Maintain quality standards and close snag items before handover.
• Coordinate labour, carpenters, vendors, and factory teams.
• Provide daily progress and material requirement updates.
• Act as site contact point for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain daily site reports and photographic records.
• Track material consumption against BOM.
• Complete project handover documentation and client sign-off.

Reports To: Project Manager / Execution Head

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for on-ground execution of modular interior projects including kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and allied civil/finishing work. The role ensures installation is completed as per approved production drawings, timelines, and quality standards while coordinating factory teams, labour, vendors, and clients.

Execution & Installation

• Supervise daily installation activities as per approved drawings and BOM.
